BHPYC - Paddle Boards and Kayaks

Please be advised that Ellen Gerkens is the paddle board and Kayak
Coordinator. She has instituted a new procedure when makes a lot of sense.
The signup form to take out the paddle boards or kayaks is now on a
clipboard on the right side as you enter the main shed. You will no longer
be required to enter the club to sign in. This will make things simple.
Just a reminder that the requirements to used the paddle boards are listed
on a sheet of paper on the right upper corner of the main bulletin board
together with the lock combination. You must used a life jacket regardless
of you skill level. Please stay in Harris Harbor. Please launch the paddle
boards from the floating dock and if you used the ramp for any boats, jet
skis, or kayaks use the railings as the ramp can be extremely slippery.
Report any damage to or concerns directly to Ellen.

Have a safe and fun season!

Club Clean Up 11/11 & Boat Slip/Ramp Update

 Dear members:

I would like to remind everyone that the club cleanup is scheduled for Saturday Nov 11th at 9:00am with a rain date of Nov 18th.

Boat slip holders, if you have not sent your deposit for 2018 please do so promptly.  There is a new lock and key for the boat ramp. The key is hanging on a hook next to the key for the ice machine. Both keys are hanging on the apparel cabinet under the television. Please remember when the ramp is not in use that it must be chained and locked to prevent unauthorized use. This has been an increasing problem in recent years with a potential liability to our club.

Thank you for your continued support
